Shipped within 24H: products are shipped within 1 working day in 99% of cases.
Shipped within 2-4 days: products require a restocking and are shipped within 2 to 4 working days in 99% of the cases.
Shipped within 4-6 days: Products require restocking and are shipped within 4-6 business days 99% of the time.
Out of stock: the product is no longer in stock and requires a restocking from one of our suppliers. As the delivery time varies according to the supplier, it is necessary to call us on 04 74 694 694 to know the exact delivery time.
Exceptional Case: it can happen that the same article is ordered on the site and sold at the same time in the store, or simply a stock error. In less than 1% of the cases, the shipment is delayed compared to the announced delay, do not hesitate to contact us if you have an emergency.

WARNING: the mention "subject to unpacking" has no value. Only the condition of the package can be taken into account to justify the issue of reservations or refusal of receipt.
The contents of your package is damaged (after reservations have been made).
If, after having expressed reservations about the condition of your package, you notice that its contents are damaged or that part of its contents is missing, you have 48 hours to report the incident to our customer service department and to the carrier. Beyond this time, your request will not be taken into account.
